Documents needed to be signed were requested to be sent in advance for review, did not provide them with enough time to review and make proper corrections. Wasted my day and money! The docs had massive errors including other people names not related to my case, mixed names and wrong titles. Charged $2,000 retainer that was not refundable under any circumstances and closed the case without giving notification or forewarning either verbally or written. Has a lot to learn about customer relationships!
