I gave him my name, but he still refused to confirm the business and then hung up on me saying he was not interested. Why advertise yourself as a business on Google Maps if you are going to treat people like that? He should be reported and removed so others who are actually conducting business professionally can be listed instead. If this is how they treat potential clients, I would be very concerned about trusting them with anything financial.
