Truist - West Melbourne Margarita Fabre: Had an interesting experience today, came in to make some change and get a check, my tailor had an obvious look of disdain when she saw me walk in. The entire time she spoke to me like she was annoyed that I was even there I asked for some information regarding obtaining a check and she stopped me mid sentence and said if I was a member, well obviously if I’m walking in, and when I asked for change she asked if it was for me or a business and if it was for a business I needed a business account to get change? Proceeded to give me the wrong amount in change that I asked for because she couldn’t give me anything else because “it’s for a business” I’ve made change here in the past plenty times since I work in the same plaza and have for the last 5 years and normally I don’t leave reviews but my experience there made me so uncomfortable I was ready to bolt out the door and go elsewhere. I’ve been banking with Truist for many years now but I think it’s time I start looking for other banks this is the closest bank to me and if I have to encounter an interaction like that again I rather just avoid it. Thanks Sarah for really going above and beyond in making my interaction with you today a very uncomfortable one.
