1 /5 Lunar Aurora: This place used to be Baileys. Now its Chuze and its making me pay 3 TIMES AS MUCH for worse service. If your plan alone is now 40 dollars, reminder to all looking here. You can buy a set of weights off FB marketplace and a set of clothes for cheaper. If you need specific machines, there are other places. Public work out stations at parks. If you need practical work outs, try rock climbing or other body sports, its cheaper per month. If you need movie star looks, try Cnter. Chris Hemsworth. Gives you diet, personal coach videos, and work outs from his trainers than make you look movie ready with no gym for roughl6 the same price. Dont indulge companies who rabid dog after your money with little compensation.

5 /5 Jones Chase (Likethebvnk): 10/10 great gym! Have been going here for 4 months and it really is an S tier gym! Great location but can get real packed on Tuesday nights! Has a sauna, free weights, machines and a great variety of leg workouts. Staff is awesome and the place is really clean! TVs everywhere, even played the Super Bowl this last Sunday! Membership comes with 24/7 access and other areas that require membership access! They have a huge selection of pre and post workout options too!

3 /5 richard robinson: I really enjoy working out at this location, but I wanted to share a couple of concerns that have been making the experience less convenient. First, closing the showers at 12 noon seems like a poor decision, especially since that’s one of the busiest times when many of us are on lunch break or leaving work early to squeeze in a workout. Having the option to shower afterward is important for those of us heading back to work or appointments. It would be greatly appreciated if the shower hours could be extended during peak times or kept open until at least early afternoon. Second, the condition of the lockers really needs attention. Many are broken or barely functional, which makes it frustrating when trying to store personal belongings securely. Upgrading or repairing the lockers would go a long way in improving the overall experience. Chuze has a lot of great things going for it, and I hope these concerns can be addressed to make it even better for your loyal members. Thanks for your attention to this!

2 /5 Audreanna Bond: Let me start by saying I love Chuze and up until today I’ve had nothing but a great experience. Today I came in to workout and brought my water bottle to fill up with water . Today the water at the fountain was hot . Not sure why . No problem , I’ll just ask for a little ice . The two beautiful ladies let me know that they could not give me ice because it’s a charge . I’m assuming since the fountain has hot water I could be politely accommodated . So the sweet young lady goes and gets the manager and she begins to tell me how the ice is in fact not free and that it’s a liability policy . She explains it would involve her going In the kitchen and getting a clean cup and bringing it to me . I frowned and ask her would she have to go to the kitchen and grab a clean up if I paid ? she said yes . I told her that makes not sense . Now policy is policy , I have no problem with it . The problem is I’m a Max member . I had other options like using the $5 bucks to purchase ice or getting a bottle of cold water , but I had to find that out on my own . I returned to the counter and applied the bucks for 2 cups of crushed ice and thanked the young ladies for assisting me . Point being , there is always room for improvement in customer service . Don’t be so quick to shut a paying customer down with nonsense about a liability . When you have other options to provide that will still help someone . Hoping for improvement at this location and maybe even cold water at the fountain .
