5 /5 Daniel Marks: Let me just say, THIS IS THE BEST BANK I HAVE. They out do Navy Federals interest rates, and Meagan Forehand in the Bonifay branch is THE MOST amazing representative I’ve ever worked with. The customer service is unbeatable and I really feel taken care of as a Active military member. Gosh I love this bank.

1 /5 Karen Burch: I am so tired of needing customer service and given a # to call that sends me to the Phillipines. The individual is going in circles reading from a computer for a response and barely can speak English!!!!

3 /5 LD Henderson: Kinda hit or miss. They are pretty bad about putting deposits into the wrong account and then saying you are late on a payment. Knocks your credit rating down around 30 points each time. People seem nice enough but feels like they are still being trained.
