1 /5 Dominique Catrett: If I coukd do a 0 star I would. I joined July of 2023 and had my card frozen twice by new years. Both of which was right before a federal holiday that closed the bank. Here I am again having a problem with my card the automated message said the card is expired and it definitely isnt. They need to get their shir together.

1 /5 Ray Montgomery: My wife and I were going to try and open accounts here, since we are new to the area, but we waited several minutes at the reception desk while she was on the phone! We were not greeted at all! Could have said hello, and it will be just a few moments but no! We were just ignored! There were others waiting behind us! Anyway, first appearances mean alot! My money will go somewhere else!!

5 /5 Ross Statham: My experiences over the last 18 months have been great. Very attentive staff. Best car loan rate we found around, as well as great online banking. Not the best location (eastern edge of town) but if we need to use the ATM their other location is excellent. Otherwise we bank online.

1 /5 Sabrina Williams: I recently just opened a new business account and called to inquire on the status of my cards. Katherine whom I spoke with was very rude. After asking to speak with Branch Manager Luci , I was hung up on. I called back and was informed that Luci was gone for the day and spoke with nice teller azzelyn. Im not sure who reviews these ratings but was told Katherine works in the call center. I would strongly advise ccu to re train Katherine on her phone etiquette.
