mary ann massie: I wish 0 star. Mr Smith did a trust for my, now deceased husband and I 5 yrs ago, when we went the 2nd time to go over what jojo did I found several mistakes she had made. I almost wasn’t going to let him continue but I sadly did. I didn’t feel good about him or jojo. I just had my will done by an amazing attorney and she found the biggest mistake. The reason we had the trust done to begin with. Jojo had listed someone we wanted disinherited, as my son, he is my husbands NOT mine. He is not. Had I not, saw my attorney now 1/3 of what I have could have gone to him. This is so disturbing and I believe it was intentional for some sick reason. I’m just glad I had my will done and that trust is null and void. I would never recommend this attorney that would let this happen and jojo is still with him. He was at a different firm 5 yrs ago. I received a call, not from Mr Smith, asking me to remove this, without acknowledgment of what was done wrong, that I paid for I’m not removing this, people should be aware of mistakes made by JoJo and overlooked.
