robert fretterd: Second time I have had to employ The Pelham Law Firm. I was and am very satisfied with the results. The mere fact that I didnt have to deal with bills,insurance and whatnot was worth it but Mr. Pelham went above and beyond and I received settlement that exceeded my expectations. She asked for my phone number and the address of the unoccupied property that was signed over to me by my ex-husband . She got back on the phone after a couple of minutes and very abruptly stated their lawn firm would be unable to help me. And I asked her is it because of location of the property with it being Levy County or because of the situation I was calling about. She said yes. I said okay which is it? The location or the situation? She said yes again and said abruptly that their law firm would be unable to help me and was quick to hang up on me with no explanation. Thanks for the help and the rudeness. Did you suddenly realize Im a waste of your time and money so I no longer matter? If you are in need of a real estate attorney I would consider looking elsewhere to avoid this kind of treatment which also typically reflects the quality of representation.
