Linda: Beware of this branch!! They are rude, do not respond in a timely manner, poor customer service, & very inconsistent. Attempted to complete a simple transaction but the first level employee did not understand and made things difficult. I had to call multiple times about the same issue because they provided wrong information. She was condescending, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Time to shop around because I most definitely did not use them to manage my investment.

Elise Gilinsky: I’ve ordered three debit cards from them always The promise of them arriving in 5 to 7 business days. One took six weeks, one never arrived, and the latest one I ordered I had sent to the branch and after 11 business days it still hasn’t arrived. I spoke to the manager who did try to help, she could say in the end was that they failed and she has no other options because they don’t track the cards and she couldn’t send it priority. In the end I had to open an account at another bank. I paid $5 for the card to arrive in 2 days.
