David Librace: Disappointed. Been part of a class suit for quite some time. It appears Morgan and Morgan only uses Claim Angel for lawsuit loans. Needed money to help cover expenses to restore my site but unable to obtain a lawsuit loan. Please ask important questions when signing up for a class action suit. Review other law firms who have cases in the class action. The Morgan employee Andre H. Has been great with communication but I can never get detailed information about the hope of the final payout. Morgan and Morgan please have alternative options for your clients. Do not recommend. Whatever complications you have gone through they well compensate themselves and leave you dealing with pain and agony. They dont share anything with their clients except when they need your signature for a settlement already made without your knowledge and demand you accept. Morgan and Morgan seems to care only about themselves not the client. Will not recommend them and wish there were law firms who actually care about their clients. Think twice about using them.

Mr. Burns and his staff have been completely unresponsive—ignoring my emails and phone calls time and time again. I feel that he has taken advantage of single mothers striving to care for their children, and I believe his behavior is unethical. I intend to report him to the Florida Bar and strongly advise against anyone hiring him as an attorney.
