They are patient they will train you from cero even if you have never been in a gym before they will get you healthy physically and mentally. These people are wonderful and will help you reach your goals and will modify it make you the best you hours work for almost any schedules classes are not too big either. Ive been a member on and off for almost two years and cannot endorse them enough.

Michael Richter: My wife and I looked for summer programs that were open in the mist of the 2020 covid shutdown. To our surprise Carlson Gracie Lakeland was still open and in full swing. They offered a safe and clean environment for my son. Fast forward 8 months and he is still going and love grappling with his new friends. The life skills he is learning from this gym will stick with him forever! He even got me to join and start doing rolling on the Mats. I have met some amazing people at this place! They truly love this sport are super open to new comers and teaching you about BJJ!!!!! Stop in and get hooked

Lisa Walen: Staff is awesome. Smaller gym but has pretty much everything you can think of. Little pricey but for clean facilities ,24hrs and friend people who dont judge even when you slam a weight is more than worth it. The prioritize health and fitness not bagel Tuesday.

Andrew Myers: Southside Footy has been awesome for our kids soccer development. Playing recreation leagues were great for starting the interest in soccer but Southside Footy has taken his skills to another level. As a soccer training/futsal program they have created great organization and structure around training programs and developing the player. The coaches are great with all skill levels and overall group.

Destiny Lewis: I can get over the fact the bathroom is always dirty and at least one of the stinks don’t work in there. Came in to work out this morning to find new equipment. Normally this would be great but the new equipment honestly sucks. Using it stabs me in the back of the legs, pinches the underside of my thigh between the seat and pad and the weights go up either by 15 lbs or 5. Now a 2 in one hip abductor and adductor. While using the leg curl I watched 4 different people get annoyed with this new machine and give up.

Sput: The equipment is old-school but functional and awesome. Very few pieces of equipment are currently out-of-order but they typically get repaired within a few months. Plenty of free weight benches, dumbells, incline presses, decline presses, a squat rack, a deadlift, you name it. Cable-based equipment also available. Members are respectful. Rags are available at the front desk and there are spray bottles for cleaning everywhere. Gym looks clean. Smells clean. Is clean. Would recommend (so long as you also clean up your sweat after yourself!) Easy 5 stars, especially after they got rid of the dreadful hand-written signs!

Ximply Xander: Im not really sociable however I do appreciate when staff attempt to do their jobs. Its as if a bunch of teenagers who could care less were hired to do this job. Now no one is rude, the vibes are pleasant, but you can just tell the bare minimum is done. The mens locker rooms are big and spacious why are the bathroom sections not cleaned every 30 minutes when theres traffic in the building and the showers? I went on Saturday - noticed red hair clumps, like thick long hair onbthe floor near the drain, i shuddered and carried on- skipped Sunday - returned Monday night for a 3 mile run - coincidentally picked that same shower I was in for a simple rinse off already turned off by the fact it immediately smelled like stale piss and a anime loving couple that just sat there for 17 hours - SAW THE SAME HAIR CLUMPS. Yall...thats NASTY!
