5 /5 Connor Tate: The coaches here are wonderful! I came in after years of not working out and they got me hooked! Ive been here for 3 years now. The coaching is detailed and supportive. The class sizes are big enough to be motivating yet small enough to feel like personal coaching (they have that as well). The community is very supportive and you really do get what you put in here! I love this gym.

Ali Kaiser: Going to this gym is so convenient for me and it literally takes me 3-5 minutes to drive to this gym and every time I come in, the atmosphere is great and there is a lot of workout machines and rooms to choose from when working out! They even have a dry sauna by the lockers, showers and restrooms!

The gym largely seems to focus on powerlifting and personal training, but I’ve been able to work on Olympic lifts there too. The crowd in there is hard working and friendly. I really couldn’t recommend the gym strongly enough.
