2 /5 Breana Marceau: I bought a beautiful green gem ring, it was gold plated, a few weeks ago while visiting. The gold has apparently just wiped off after 3 weeks.. my finger isnt green thankfully. I think I expected more quality walking into a well kept, high-end glass case crystal shop. But ya win some ya lose some.

The employees were extremely kind and not only answered questions about the products in stock but they also seemed very knowledgeable about everythings use. They had a unique collection of books, crystals, and candles that was really neat to shop through. I would definitely recommend visiting.

5 /5 Jacob Tolliver: A vibrant shop with a broad selection of gemstones, incense, and spiritual books. The staff are very friendly and there is a very welcoming vibe throughout the shop, even if youre just looking. The gems are overpriced, but such is to be expected from a boutique shop such as this.

5 /5 Little Chimera: Alina is really sweet and knowledgeable of nontraditional stones. She recommended a new stone that Ive never heard of and was exactly the new element I need to add to life. Ive been waiting for more fine jewelry in a metaphysical store and am elated that Crystal Portal has expanded from Railroad Square. Ill be back to see you soon! Thanks for the warm atmosphere!!!

5 /5 Cara Star: Crystals, sage, incense, tarot cards, singing bowls, pendulums, books and more! The lady at the front desk was extremely kind as well. Definitely recommend!
