Matt and his staff are always courteous and very professional. Monthly emails are sent pertaining to the state of the economy and how that may affect a persons portfolio. I receive quarterly phone calls regarding my portfolio and if Matt feels an investment isnt doing as well as he expected his advise might be to switch to another and explains his reasoning.
