1 /5 Greg Schaeffler: So Ive been here probably 3 times and the door is always locked. Theres a note that says call the store if door is locked, i never do bc I dont want to be a bother. I stop by today, locked like usual. This time I decide to call. Woman was the rudest nastiest reptile Ive ever heard in my life. "Closed on Mondays" is all "it" said. I love the 2 other local shops with gems and crystals and im SO glad I didnt waste my money and good vibes here. Definitely a no go

5 /5 Timothy Craven: Got the most amazing opal pendent last week! I recommend the place to anyone interested in mineral specimens or even better, some hand made jewelry! Seriously ask her about how she faceted Ethiopian opals herself, and due to their hydrophilic nature it took an eternity. She’s an under appreciated artist. Edit: Planning my return trip, finally found an excuse to visit Florida and see this amazing shop again!

Even went as far as to take pictures of my car and license plate as i left. I guess i didn’t expect racist profiling from a 60 y/o hippie chick. My bad.

5 /5 Taylor Clark: The owner here, Wendy, is very knowledgeable, skilled, and helpful. There is such a broad variety from beads to cabochons to raw selections, and so much more. Ranging from very affordable to Museum Quality specimens. I love this shop and could spend all day here!

5 /5 Brandi Rogers: Wendy, the owner, is the real deal. I visited her shop by accident (another shop damaged a stone in a piece of my jewelry) and I could not be more happy about it. Her straight forward candor, brilliant inventory and exceptional knowledge about precious gems are why I will be a client for life. I’ve purchased multiple pieces from this shop for myself and as lovely gifts. I’ve sent family here and they’ve found timeless heirloom pieces to add to their own collection. This is the first place I will go for fine, unique jewelry. I give this shop my highest recommendation.

Bebe Thomas: I was given a 2ct diamond pendant from my grandmother. It was made from her wedding rung. A few years ago I took to Simmons b/c I wanted to have it put in a ring on a wide gold band that I purchased there at the same time. It was a beautiful stone with the best clarity. It took them shout two weeks. Id purchased jewelry from them several times before. I picked the up and they distracted me by talking. The fit and style was perfect. I went wrong by not asking them to get the stone checker so I could be sure they didnt do what they did. What they did was stole my beautiful stone and put a fake stone in the setting. I didnt know it until like a year or so later when I had it cleaned at Zales. The man that cleaned it for me said to me this is a nice ring but did you know that the stone is not real? I almost hit the floor. I trusted Simmons and it wasnt like they were poor people. I was very upset and wished I had it checked when I picked it up. I wouldve called the police and waited right inside the store for them. Stay away from them crooks. I hope they see this post and and say whatever they want to but, yes this is what they dud and I never stepped foot back in their store. They are on Park Avenue stealing peoples stone for their gain. I wouldve put them on blast and have the news teams there to really put it out there for all to see. That was really messed up and foul. I will never recommend anyone to go there b/c they are most likely still doing it and thats probably why theyre still in business- stealing stones and sell them for big bucks. The crooks still owe me and should make it right after all this time.

Paul: If you need jewelry appraised and/or have a jewelry stash of questionable valuable, Reynolds and Co. Jewelers is the place to go! I spoke to twelve stores who review and appraise jewelry in the central Florida area and decided on Reynolds and Co. due to their substantial experience with all types of jewelry, having a graduate gemologist onsite and very reasonable rates. Owner David spent a significant amount of time with us reviewing our jewelry. David provided insights on each piece and was very patient answering our many questions. At our request David provided candid recommendations and was never pushy to make a sale or steer us in a disadvantageous direction. Susan expertly performed appraisals on a number of pieces generating a document containing pictures, detailed information and a value assessment of each. Susan’s highly comprehensive analysis identified unknown information on a few of the pieces, ironically never noted in previous appraisals from other stores. Reynolds and Co. also sized two rings (expertly matching an intricate design so one could never tell!) and made a highly creative suggestion combining parts from two of our pieces with exceptional results.
