5 /5 Gracie Story: The Geico office in Tampa Florida is awesome. I received excellent service from Claribel M and her boss, Michael Birdwell. Great customer service! I had problems calling the 800 number and not getting any manager to return my calls. I went there in person and everything was cleared up by Monday. And it was a GEICO customer service employee that did something in error to cause the problem.
