I wanted this year to be extra special but I didnt anything about stones or design all I knew was what metal I wanted the gift to be. Will and Bill walked me through the stones. I wanted one to represent each of my siblings there were 4 of us so I needed 4 stones but the rings for just 4 stones didnt feel right I wanted to get something more. Bill showed me some designs and Will helped me find the right stones and some additional diamonds to add to make it that extra special I was looking for. By far the best gift searching experience I had I made my order that day and my mom absolutely adores her gift. 10/10! Special thanks to Will and Bill for being so helpful and knowledgeable!

Both were very knowledgeable about the rings and diamonds. They answered all questions i had. There was no sale pressure. It can be intimidating going into a situation where you do not know much and do not want to be taken advantage of. Bill and Will dispelled any of those worries. I appreciate the ease of buying and highly recommend visiting them.

No pressure to buy just allows you to shop and ask questions to lead you in the right direction of the perfect selections. There was a very large amount of variety and I appreciated the little baskets for your selections, as they were very handy. We loved it here and have told family and friends about it and plan to return for more shopping adventures. Great store for downtown and a must stop and see.

Helen Mitchell: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! My husband bought my engagement ring here in July 2001, and the shank (bottom part of the band) split shortly less than 6 months later. We had it repaired (at a cost to us), and foolishly bought our wedding bands there also. I have since had to have my engagement ring repaired at least twice, and the second time I paid to have the shank widen at the advice of the owner. I have had to have the wedding band repaired at least as many times.When I had it repaired in September 2013, the owner actually told me that wedding bands arent meant to last forever, and that the shank was thin, so I should expect that it would break. He gave me a discount on that repair, and I only paid $40. I brought my wedding band back again today to have it repaired, and told him that I was concerned that it was repaired less than a year ago. The owner told me that he welds with 14K gold, and if the rest of the ring is made of inferior gold, it will break. I explained that the rest of the ring was 14K gold, and that we bought it from him. He again tried to claim that rings with narrow shanks will always break, and I told him that I have rings that belonged to my grandmother and great-grandmother that were just as thin, and were worn every day and never broke. I said that I was very surprised that he did not stand behind what he sold and what he repaired. He became confrontational, and basically told me that I should take my business elsewhere. Again, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! I have spent at least twice as much money on repairs as my husband did on the initial purchase.

Janice Bonham West: I took 2 jewelry projects to Kimberlys Jewelers; the first required a custom design. Alex talked through the design with me and produced two exquisite pendants that exactly matched what I had requested. The second project involved replacing multiple diamonds in a platinum ring setting Alex ordered stones from different sources and set them beautifully, straightening the setting and polishing it so it actually looks better than when it was new! He did both projects more economically than other quotes in the area. The work was completed on time, the customer service was professional and courteous, and the whole experience was pleasant and professional. The only question I have is, why take your jewelry anywhere else? I know Ill check at Kimberly first when Im shopping for jewelry and repairs going forward.
