I had a very poor experience with this accountant. Communication was almost non-existent — she ignored my emails for weeks/months at a time and missed her own promised deadlines.
She also miscalculated my sales tax liability by hundreds of dollars because she failed to separate Florida-only sales from out-of-state sales — If I hadn’t double-checked, I would have severely overpaid.
Because of her delays and lack of communication, I ended up filing everything myself to avoid penalties. NOT RECOMMENDED .
