They were able to provide a few quotes and after determining which policy to go forward with, Kristen emailed all the documentation requested and then we were able to sign electronically. Such great service and never had to go into the office was a blessing for my elderly parents.

1 /5 Derin Parks: It’s a shame I have to even give 1 star. This has been the worst insurance experience and worst customer experience I have ever had. I am a professional in the community as is my wife. We were ignored while mistake after mistake was made on our policies. The nail in the coffin for us was when our insurance coverages lapsed and claims went unprocessed. Based on our experiences, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Christian Devinny: Anna Marcos was unprofessional and deceitful in that she promised to lower my existing rate with Progressive by $30 per month due to my safe driver status. When she wrote the new policy it was not the same coverages as the previous, it did not have an accurate miles per year selection and it had my spouses name spelled wrong. In addition there was an error on her part with either the banking or routing number to deduct from my account as my bank says NO ATTEMPT WAS EVER MADE to withdraw funds by progressive, and my policy was CANCELLED because of this. Instead of calling me due to the billing issue. I have had to establish a new policy that has cost me MORE than i was paying before. Anna was very defensive when i called, did not offer to correct the issues as a professional insurance agent should. Now this veteran has to pay more than when i stepped foot in her office. Im very unhappy with Copeland Insurance.
