1 /5 Thomas warmington: I went into the bank to cash a check written on the bank. The teller refused. I asked why she said I can’t do what I have to deposit it. Which does not make sense. The check is drawn on the bank. She then went and got the manager, and the manager came out and told me no I will not cash. The check for you you need to leave or I’m calling the cops. Very bad customer service and people give you a check so you can go to the bank and cash it so they don’t need to carry cash. They don’t understand this policy.

1 /5 Natalija Gjorgjieva: I called in advance if they are open now with the covid 19 situation and they said YES. I am there right now and try to make a deposit and there is a lady that tells me I can not go inside in a pretty RUDE way! I had to drove half an hour to get there, for the worst customer service and not get the job done!!!!
