She was very informative, professional and most importantly patient with me. Insurance coverages and explanations of benefits can be mind boggling to the everyday person who is not in the insurance world. She took her time with me and really gave me an overall understanding of what coverages I have and what they mean to me while driving. 5 stars at the least for her. Thanks Robin!
