1 /5 zach hansman: Waited for 3 months to complete my taxes then she never sent them. When I confronted them for a resolution I got a refund and a letter to take my business elsewhere. Unprofessional. Beware. If you like waiting months for your taxes to not be filed this is the place for you.... oh and I had another tax company look at what she did.... not only did they screw them up so badly I would of been audited but also missed out on 3k worth of refund. Maybe I dodged a bullet on this one.
