HUB International - Winter Park Tom Werner: I’ve been with HUB and Travlers for over 30 years. On Dec 9, I emailed my agent details of a new car to be added to the policy.
Days went by , nothing. I tried to call, went to voicemail. Spoke with another agent on Dec 12, forwarded the email which had all the information. She assured me it would be processed. It wasn’t. Today , Dec 31 , I called Travlers and it wasn’t added. Travlers took care of everything, unlike HUB.
Very disappointed in the service. And lack of!
No reply to my email stating I contacted Travlers and they did it. Nothing.
