1 /5 HardlineSoul: The worst customer service in the industry. Who ever runs the " corporate office " for this business should really be replaced. After telling " whoever " that Ive had a business account since 2018, they said that the information in the system was incorrect and I would not be able to cash a BUSINESS check on the ( often inadequate ) phone app! Ive cashed several checks on it to the same bank account! WTH are you talking about?! This place is very unprofessional and needs to be looked at by the BBB and the Federal Government.
