3 /5 Scott Ziegler: Good overall Management and staff mostly provide good operations and service. A few are excellent like the front desk service. A safe parking lot is expected, but with the four car break-ins on July 4, 2025 this must be addressed from the top with solid, swift procedures, communication and a new surveillance system. Also, repair broken items in days instead of weeks. Keep signs posted that detail things not to do that break the men’s sauna and steam room equipment. Ensure that member conduct (especially middle schoolers) inside the building is above board. The steam room and the Foxtail coffee area are unique and important assets. As a highly recognized community landmark and asset, don’t wait too long like I did to visit the DP Y as it strives to improve.

5 /5 Brenda P.: We are “snowbirds”and visited this Y as guests. We took our time deciding which Y location to join and there was no doubt that the Dr. Phillips Y was our top choice. And we are very glad that we did. The facility is immaculate!Their management is superb as it’s evident that a lot has gone into creating culture fit and progressing with the needs of the community. Love their extended hours! Kudos to the management and the friendly Group Exercise Coordinator for creating content and inclusion for all ages and for welcoming newcomers with open arms. The Dr Phillips YMCA meets and exceeds all our expectations!

4 /5 V: Love the facility! But not a fan of some of the recent changes. Since they set up the big "sled area" and removed a group of the machines (the ones that were highly favored by seniors just past the cycling studio) it seems like sometimes there can be a wait for some of the strength equipment. Also really miss Michelle Maries morning Zumba class-and it has not been replaced with a dance/zumba class at a similar fitness level.

1 /5 Tonya Solorzano: My Orthopedics sent me there for water physical therapy. I have the evaluation. And was instructed on what to do for my next appointment. No one came out by the pool so when I went in and asked if I needed to sign in after sitting out by the pool for 15 minutes they said they never had me down for that as I was walking out to my car after canceling all further appointments due to their inconsistency in errors just wanted to put this in there to advise others To whom it may concern, I went in for my evaluation on 11/19 and after the evaluation the woman told me what to bring and where to go by the pool to get p/t. I got there at 11:55 went to the pool sat there for 15 minutes and then went to the front desk to ask if I needed to sign in and she said that I was not signed up for swim p/t. So I canceled all upcoming p/t scheduled due to your inconsistencies with staff and patient. Why would I get told at the p/t evaluation to bring my swimsuit, towel, sunscreen and then walked me to the pool to show me where to meet. Thats ridiculous now im in the parking lot with a DO NOT REPLY email stating im a no show for today. So I will be contacting both my orthopedic and my insurance to not be billed for this silliness and errors on your end. As for your staff please inform them to give clearer instructions and information on treatment. 4 /5 Richard Patino: This YMCA branch is a total winner—spacious enough for lots of options, with activities galore to mix up your routine. Its fresh and modern, boasting solid equipment and facilities that feel premium. My go-to is swimming laps in their stellar pool, and the bathrooms/showers? Immaculately clean every time. Highly recommend for a guilt-free sweat sesh!
