5 /5 Kevin Alexander: Well regardless of anyone else’s experience, Tommy took care of me. He captured all the required info from me, made sure it was correct and then submitted my claim for me. He did set some realistic expectations about approval rate but I was thankful for that. Two months after submitting, and doing my C&P exams, the VA came through. Thanks Tommy

1 /5 Ricardo Ysasi: This place is the worst. Tommy treats you as if your claim is unworthy. This is the same guy I cancelled last year he got all my kids names spelled wrong and they’re DOBs. When I told him about carrying dead bodies then he kinda cared but started trying to verify his service with me trying to one up me?? Must have been a pogue and is embarrassed of his MOS. He bounced from land O lakes to here. There’s probably a reason for it. Steer clear.
