5 /5 Coins and Watches: I recently visited Eddies Estate Jewelry while looking for pocket watches, and I had a wonderful experience. Ghada and Eddie were incredibly welcoming, patient, and pleasant throughout my visit. They took the time to show me a couple of pieces and answer all of my questions. While I didnt end up making a purchase on this occasion, I was thoroughly impressed by their courteous and helpful demeanor. I highly recommend Eddies Estate Jewelry for anyone looking for beautiful pieces and excellent customer service.

1 /5 Tee Snyder: IF you want to be ripped off then go to Eddies Estate Jewelry. I purchased a diamond band in white gold for 1200.00 only to be informed after the fact that my ring was worth all of 64.00. Sure Eddies appraises your jewelry for more than what "its worth" to make you think you are getting a good deal. What a joke Ill be reporting this receipt and false appraisal to the BBB.

1 /5 Faith B: This was a terrible experience, this woman who works this shop was incredibly rude and judgmental. I was profiled immediately. I asked to see one of the rings in the case and she said “ let me see your money before we start looking”. I said I need to show you money to look? And she said yes. I said you’re rediculous and I went and purchased a beautiful $20k ($18795) ring from a reputable jeweler. Your loss, terrible decision for you. I will never purchase anything from you and I will ensure everyone I know doesn’t shop here either. Good news for everyone else, I buy a large purchase like this once or twice a year. Big mistake, HUGE.
