Yesterday I had what borders on an emergency, and they graciously accepted 10+ phone calls from me. If the agents were busy with other clients, they at minimum found a way to correspond briefly in the background which means a ton in the real world. They are good at what they do and I would recommend them to anyone. For what its worth, I used to sell insurance and these guys kick ass. Highly recommend
