Seguinea Stewart: Candace and Ryan were terrible ! especially candace i went in for a cash advance which ive done a few times by the help of Ryan with NO issues and was denied by candace after being able to verify everything on my account because my signature didn’t match what was on my ID from the time i was 17. i never had an issue or was told about this issue until today as she stated “there were no changes made to the policy” & “maybe ryan made a mistake in doing the advance” after doing several ?? this felt like a disguise to tell me a no, without trying to help me or ask me any further questions i put the pin in for my debit card and was asked my phone number and still nothing but rude employees 0/10.
