In that time, their customer service has left me pleasantly surprised and barring unexpected personal needs, I will not bank anywhere else again. Marianela Valenzuela helped me open my account here. She was knowledgeable on all their products and as a result of her information I got a $300 promotion for switching my direct deposit over. Tracey Burrow (branch manager) is fantastic. Every time I’m here it seems like she knows most of her clients by name. I’ve even seen people drop by just to say hi and go about their day. Banking has seemed so impersonal for so long that I’m just grateful to have a positive experience to share. Special shoutout to Kory Gonzalez as well! Always helpful and accommodating and they are lucky to have him. Thanks BofA!!!

Azeez Ismailov: I have big complaint to the Truist Bank. I’m truck driver in company CBA Logistics LLC since year 2020, and until today didn’t got my salary checks late. But, today my company’s representative notified me that my pay check can be delayed for two weeks, because their accounts was frozen by this bank’s crime department without any notice and explanation. This is ridiculous and I’m sure, that only Truist banks fault, because I know company where I’m working very well. I’m highly not recommend to do business with this bank. They blocking accounts without any notice and explaining. Now I’m late in my payments and schedules because of this banks big fault. Unprofessional and ridiculous.
