Fitness CF - St Cloud samantha martinez: I have been coming to this gym since we moved here 5 years ago and I absolutely love it here. The staff is very understanding, Professional and kind. The gym is always very well maintained and clean and overall has a great vibe. I never understand the reviews that people give for this gym and I honestly think it has something to do with a personal situation. These are very rare occurrence where it leaves a negative taste in their mouth and shouldn’t reflect the Gym‘s overall standing. Recently, I was also able to start training with my 12 year-old and now she is in the best shape ever. Keep in mind she does not train on her own. She’s always supervised and with me and I did sign a waiver, but this was also to allow for her to become healthier overall and the gym allows it without issue. As a whole, we really love this gym not just for ourselves individually, but for our entire family. Speaking from someone that has been at this gym for a while do not take the negative comments that people leave about this Gym seriously at all. Go and try it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

The vibe here is great and the people are there to workout which is great and motivating . Plenty of equipment and variety and no one bothers you and a good mix or people , you get in there get your workout done and get out . It’s clean and the staff are good , definite recommend !!!
