5 /5 Stephanie Gross: For someone who gets bored with working out, F45 has kept my attention for the last 11 months. I love that every day is a new workout and that there’s no way you can get bored. There are days that are focused on strength and days that are focused on cardio and then days that incorporate both which I think is fun and great so you know what type of workout is planned for the day.
Another motivator for me to continuously work out is the type of trainers that work for F45. A lot of times if I like the trainer that is on the schedule, then I will do my best to attend the class while they are there. Alex is one of my favorite trainers that F45 has and I met him when I was working out at West Boynton. When I found out he was at Boynton Beach, I was really happy that there was going to be a familiar face there. Alex plays awesome music that goes with the workout to keep you motivated along with him walking around the room, correcting your position or showing you modifications on how to do certain exercises. Alex is also super friendly and a great asset to F45!
Another great trainer is Jennifer. She is someone that pushes you to your limits even when you don’t want to. I have improved on certain exercises with the encouragement from Jen. She also has a really good play list for the workouts. She’s also really good at walking around the room and correcting your position on certain exercises if you were doing them incorrectly or just need some extra attention for modifications. She does a really good job making you feel like you are getting individual attention, while still focusing on the whole class.
