Budget Bi Rite Insurance - Avon Park

Connie Workman: Budget Bi-Rite Ins. is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. They needed money from me immediately, to pay for flood insurance. On July 11, 2025, I gave them $420 within a half hour of their request. I had no money and had to give them a credit card for the payment. As it turned out, I did not need flood insurance and they have now told me 5 TIMES, that my money was mailed back to me and I should expect it in 7 to 10 days. It has now been 31 days and I do NOT have my money. I have paid interest on the credit card for that money and it’s a certain bet they will not reimburse those charges??? I have called them numerous times and they CONTINUE to lie about sending the money back to me. When I went to school, 7 to 10 days did not mean 31. They are horrible to tell you lie after lie after lie. I will NEVER deal with this company again, nor will I EVER refer them to anyone, but in fact, quite the opposite. I will tell everyone how they operate their business.
