1 /5 10fired: Wow, has this place changed. Member for 8 years, home and auto. Sure miss Travis. So in the last year they havent been able to manage my direct deposit on the auto side. Twice in the last year I have received notification from the state for "no insurance". End result was an increase of $100 a month and a lot of wasted time and energy.The BBB will be receiving a letter from me soon.
