5 /5 Mollie Borders: Farm Credit, and our loan officer (Corey Reichert), made it possible for us to purchase property when no other bank would. Our credit scores are great, credit history is clean, etc., but other banks wouldnt let us buy property to just buy property! They all said we had to build a home on it, or they wouldnt finance it. We were trying to buy a property that backs up to the property our house sits on and couldnt find help anywhere - thats when Corey stepped in and saved the day! He was able to quickly help us through the loan process, so we didnt miss out on an amazing opportunity, and we closed earlier than expected! I have no complaints at all. As a matter of fact, we had our kids finance their home through Farm Credit solely based on our experience. Thank you, Corey!
