1 /5 Hannah c: I was a client at Fasig Brooks back in 2019/2020 when I had my first and extremely serious car accident. I was incredibly injured and still am. They settled my case extremely quickly without keeping it open to see if I had needed further continuous medical care. I only received a small fraction of what I should have as settlement. It has been 7 years since, and I am still paying for it out of pocket and with my chronic pain. I have spent at least 10x the settlement amount just on my medical care, and feel all they wanted to do was quickly settle so they could receive their contingent fee. I am a lawyer now, and knowing what I know now, I would have gone with a different practice that actually took their time. Instead, they settled at the lowest possible amount back when I was only 20 and had no knowledge of what a good lawyer was. I am extremely disappointed that they did not keep my case open and quickly settled for their benefit and at my detriment. Its too late now to reopen any case or sue for malpractice. All I can do is leave this review and continue to seek medical care for my chronic issues, all which stem from the car accident that was the subject of my lawsuit. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am 27 and still having chronic pain due to the accident. While I appreciate that they didnt leave me with nothing, I know now they should have spent more time gathering evidence and less time collecting their paycheck. If you want your case settled quickly and without enough evidence to prove you have a chronic condition, go to Fasig Brooks. I now know, and next time will not be using the first lawyer I see on a billboard.
