2 /5 J H: Andrew R. was very unprofessional. He seemed annoyed with every question and I was there a total of 3 minutes. Only reason I went there was because I waited over an hour to try and reach an advisor over the phone. He was even critical of customer in front of me for not using the app...customer proceeded to show him his flip phone. He did help me resolve a problem that was a very simple fix. Overall, poor customer service from this Fidelity branch.
