1 /5 James Pianowski: A scam. They have my funds. But I cant withdraw money from it. The supervisor is the only person I can speak with is a lie! Horrible representation of my money. I got hung up on! Disgusting how people get treated these days! Hopefully corporate goes to listen the full conversation I just had with a supervisor that couldnt give me a small amount of MY funds. I think its better to find someone else or keep your money. Banks and IRA rollovers are scams!

5 /5 Louis Spagnola: Fantastic! Unfortunately, I needed money for home repairs. I was told it would take 1-3 days, which I thought was good, but the money was transferred to my bank account the SAME DAY!

1 /5 Scott: This review is representative of Fidelity Investments Corporate. I believe this company is incompetent and the lack of transparency is concerning. If you are considering having your corporate 401k accounts managed by Fidelity, this is your warning. After settling all of the accounts of my deceased mother in about 30 days, Im finally getting her tiny 401k account with Fidelity resolved almost a year later. As my mothers trustee, beneficiary and executor, Fidelity attempted to deter the resolution of this account time after time. They are either completely incompetent or worse. I have begun a social media fact-finding mission to determine the number of others with similar experiences and the results are scary. Much more to come in the recent months ahead.

4 /5 B: I deal with their 800 number. They are great and easy to work with. Only reason for the 4 is sometimes they don’t have good broker cd rates. The last year they have gotten me some great rates. Why deal with a branch when you can do it on the phone.
