1 /5 Love Life: Im a very unsatisfied customer! I came to pick up my earrings and found out they were bent and not repaired the way we discussed. Then Louis bent the clutch while we were in his store. He mounted plates we had discussed the wrong way on one of the earrings also, and when I pointed out all of this, he said I still can lock earrings any way, absolutely ignoring my concerns. The earrings were perfectly round before, but he said he didn’t bend them. He became very rude and condescending to me, and acted like I was nobody. I grabbed my keys and waited for my husband in the car. Lewis said it will take him another week to fix them the way I want, he has other jobs to do. Then when I told my husband to go and get my earrings back so we could take them somewhere else for repair, he would not give them back and had them repaired (if you can call it that) overnight. He never listened to what I requested for repair, he said to my husband, he knows better what his customers want. I got my earrings with deformations and now I have to get them re-done elsewhere. So, this is my story. Never again!
