    Omar Sader: The location is great. It’s walking distance to the house and they have most of what you need. U fortunately couple safety hazards that were brought up to management over the last few months yet no one has taken any action. Cable pulleys are cut or exposed leaving a sharp edge. Sliced my forehead once on a tricep pull down. Now they have zip ties which also serve a purpose as a weapon when trying to use these cable machines. Improper labeling of machine weights on these cable pull downs also cause confusion. These have been mislabeled since they have been installed. Notified them immediately years ago when I noticed, yet still the same incorrect weight stickers are presented. Cancelling my membership after this month since no one in management seems to care.also maybe fix the urinal that has been out of order for a month+ now.

    Skate with Jeanine: I have been walking by Devalon Fitness for months and finally walked in to see what this facility is all about. First of all, you’re greeted by a very handsome dog & I noticed that all the gym equipment is in mint condition. That right there says a lot. I signed myself and my husband up for personal training with James and we are one month in. We are blown away to say the least. James offers metabolic testing (AMR & RMR), InBody scans, & virtual functional medicine. I can’t find this within 50 miles of Pompano Beach and I would have to drive to multiple different locations to get this type of testing. After taking all these assessments, we are now able to understand what is needed to train, eat, and live better on a personal level. James knows every aspect of our bodies and health to tailor our workouts specifically to us. We are very fortunate & happy so far. James is extremely educated & passionate about fitness. His focus is on you every moment of the workout. He doesn’t wander off and pay attention to his phone which is major for me. His facility offers a sauna and cold plunge which we can use at all times. We have both never used them so it’s been a game changer for our recovery. We can’t wait to see how our bodies will transform months from now.

    Shana Lorde: Had a great experience here! I happened to be here for a Tabata workout in which is my kind of workout considering my time restraints. I will be back to do a consistent workout at least 3 days per week. Definitely worth the drive!

    Ninoshka Tashira: Crossfit CVI has been my home away from home. All the coaches are amazing. Here you will learn everything from nutrition to the correct movents from begginer to masters. I am about to be on my second year here and I have lost and maintainned a healthy weight. It has been a hard journey but the coaches are there to help you every step of the way. My advice to people reading this that are interested in crossfit is to not let people talk you out of it. You do not have to know crossfit to start doing it. Crossfit adapts to you. Everyone can do this with a correct diet and the discipline yo be healthy. Coaches will be there to help you achieve your goals and so much more.

I was able to loose 35 lbs, plus lowered my body mass. I loved my results! Through following my personal plan of changing how and what I along with incorporating free weights and resistance training and her positive reinforcement I reached my goal we set! Coco made working out fun. I highly recommend Coco and Custom Fitness!

    Marilyn MC: 3/7/25–After taking a day off from working out—because my arms felt like they were about to transform into the Hulk—I knew I needed the rest. Besides, we had to pack up and leave the VRBO rental, which turned out to be not at all what we expected. With all the moving around, I figured my body deserved a break. Once we booked a hotel that allowed dogs, my next mission was finding a gym. A quick Google search led me to Aspire, which was conveniently close by. I booked the class that same morning because, at this point, I wasn’t taking any chances with more unplanned changes. I signed up online, completed the waiver (which, by the way, saves you from signing your life away in person), and paid the drop-in fee. And just like that, my husband, the dog, and I were off—but out of the three of us, I was the only one voluntarily signing up for an hour of self-inflicted torture. The gym itself was great—spacious, with bathrooms and a shower available. Gina, the coach, introduced herself. She was from Long Island, and immediately, there was that unmistakable East Coast vibe between us. Everyone at the gym was friendly, which I’ve learned is a reflection of the coach. After dropping into so many gyms on my travels, I can confidently say that the personality of a gym starts at the top. Gina was not just a great coach—she was an all-around awesome human being. She explained the workout, and the first part? All abs. Fantastic. Exactly what I needed after a day of feeling like a human U-Haul. The core exercises were killer but much needed. I definitely have to get my core strengthened after so many years of lower back pain. I pretty much stopped using my abs, so I knew this workout was going to be brutal—and it was. Then came the EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) portion of the training, which was another absolute killer. But in a weird way, I loved it. The gym definitely felt familiar to me. I once went to a CrossFit gym that didn’t have that same welcoming feel, and that’s something I’m starting to notice after visiting a few different ones. There’s a personality to a gym—a kind of culture—and I’m beginning to pick up on that vibe every time I drop in somewhere new. Aspire had that sense of community, and it made all the difference. If youre ever in the area and looking for a solid gym, I 100% recommend Aspire.
