5 /5 Noah Funk: BEST GYM IN TOWN. I’m in town for 6 weeks for a medical school rotation and decided to give this place a shot because they offer month-to-month memberships without cancellation fees. Super fair pricing, super friendly ownership, and super nice equipment! Couldn’t ask for anything better. 24/7 hours with both machines, free weights, and aerobic machines.

2 /5 Michael Kovalenko: Surprisingly a good selection of equipment. Its just that the equipment is falling apart as well as the ceiling apparently. Quite pricey at $30 a month so the value isnt there. They could however, renovate it and Im sure they would do well as the location is nice.

5 /5 Eric Fleming: Nice gym, especially for the location if you live in the Golden Gate Estates. Management is very reasonable and easy to deal with. This gym is small and bare-bones, however, you will almost certainly find any sort of equipment youll need. The music they play is good and there are plenty of TVs to look at. Bathrooms are clean most of the time (and if there is an issue, its usually late at night or early morning when management isnt there). Equipment is definitely older and worn but it is always functional. At $25/month, its a pretty solid deal for what you get.

Robert Sprehe: Being a member at this gym for the past three years has been a great experience while using the Jimmy equipment however, please be aware that the advertised sauna and steam rooms are absolutely disgusting. After having made many complaints, the members of the gym do not abide by any sauna etiquette and continually leave pools of sweat and filth in the sauna Almost daily. The members have no respect whatsoever for the locker rooms or the facilities in the men’s locker room. If you’re looking for a good gym to work out this gym offers great equipment and is usually not busy however, I highly recommend you look elsewhere if you’re interested in using the sauna or steam room

Theres a great sense of community, and even though we’re working hard, there’s always a little laughter mixed in—which, in my book, is the perfect balance. John is fantastic! Before my first session, he took the time to sit down with me and really understand what I wanted out of training—what my goals were, what I was already doing, and what my body needed. He’s knowledgeable about strength training and fitness at a level that inspires confidence, and he has a great way of tailoring workouts to each person’s ability and needs, even in a group setting.

I am in the best shape that I have ever been in and very appreciative that exercises are catered to what my body needs as everyone is different. 100% recommend any of the trainers to reach your goals in the fitness arena. It is not a big box gym which allows for more focused instruction even during group classes. Additional hand washing stations installed outside of the bathrooms as well as making sure all equipment is wiped down after ever session.

The trainers to start off are top notch, people like Margaret and Matt, who train individuals and push them day by day to be the best. And a great rehab staff with people like Angie who is absolutely great. This place shapes and defines your physical and mental ability. And if you want to get better it’s the place to be 100%. Plus the tunes are great, mix from Pitbull to whatever the mood feels like. It’s a great atmosphere.

Fleur Warther: This is not only the best workout in SW Florida this is one of the best studios in the country! Fact! I’ve had the good fortune of indoor studio riding all of the world and can’t believe my luck that we have the BEST here in Naples. The positive energy here is unmatched. Everyone loves it. The owners Jake and Holly have owned the studio for more than 7 years. Just when you think it won’t get better than this they level up again and again. It used to be a Cyclebar franchise but because it’s so popular and they are experts in their field they’re out on their own as Velocity. But nothing has changed. This place has the community, the attitude, the philosophy, the instructors and the atmosphere to change your mood and your vibe. The bonus is that it will change your body too. I used to be a snowbird and they were always able to put my account on hold. I’ve seen them always work with other members to keep them happy and work with folks financial situations. So when I just read a previous review…well it seems untrue. I could rave about Velocity all day. Just try it. You won’t be sorry.
