I tried the gym out for one week and was absolutely impressed. Super clean, the staff are great, every machine and equipment you can imagine, and what was important for me.. Yoga classes! This place has something for everyone?! Kimberly Moto was exceptionally nice in getting me started!! Thanks again CF Fitness!!

The equipment is immaculate — seriously, everything is spotless and in perfect working order. And what’s even more impressive is that if anything ever gets damaged, they fix it immediately. You don’t see that kind of attention to detail at most gyms! The people here are friendly, supportive, and make you feel right at home, whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been working out for years. There’s a great sense of community, and you can tell that the owners and staff genuinely care about keeping the gym at the highest standard. The service is awesome and the price is a reasonable. Everything is really clean they clean it all the time And I love this place.

Trimethod Wellness - Mt Dora

Sierra Ford: I have been absolutely loving the variety of classes at Trimethod. I get bored easily and I love that every class is different from the last. The movements in the circuit classes are targeted and effective. I notice more change in my body composition (in less stress on my body) than back when I was working out at a traditional CrossFit gym. I enjoy the happy hour yoga class as well. And the owner Madison even created a custom class for the kids of our homeschool co-op which they loved! The space is thoughtfully designed and I like the smaller class sizes and the coaches! Definitely recommend.

The classes are great, and the trainer, Ashton, is wonderful — motivating, knowledgeable, and always positive. The gym is spotless every time I come in; even the bathrooms are consistently clean and well stocked. I also really enjoy the Black Card amenities — the massage chairs and hydro loungers are a perfect way to relax after a workout. Overall, an excellent gym with a great atmosphere!

The confidence she has now as well as the commitment she has shown is astounding. The coaches are all absolutely amazing. They are positive and encouraging to the girls. The camaraderie that exists between the girls is like no other. The girls have become the best of friends and they support and encourage each other like nothing I have ever seen. We are so thankful that we found this place. They truly have become a part of our extended family. She can not wait to go to her classes every week!
