The owner Gui, has created an awesome place that provides community to all with like minded goals no matter how different they may be. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to get a WOD in and have some fun doing so.

I felt right at home while visiting and got some killer workouts in. The members were also kind and welcoming. Reminds me of my gym at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking to find a great CrossFit gym and community!

5 /5 hannah veale: I cannot recommend this gym highly enough. Between the super helpful coaches and the friendly members, I have never felt more welcome and comfortable at a gym than at FLL. The owner, Gui, is very accommodating and will do anything to help make his gym accessible and a positive experience for everyone. Ive been in and out periodically for school and such and he was always incredibly fair with pausing/cancelling my membership on time and as soon as I communicated that I would be out for a while. This is definitely a top notch gym with top notch people, you wont regret coming in!!

Brooke Rounsley: I love ISI! I took a class in one of their NC locations and I was amazed of how good of a workout it is! You will leave feeling great. I was so excited when Cooper City / Ft. Lauderdale announced they are opening one! I went to an event recently and met the owner, Nicole Glunt. She was wonderful. Very knowledgeable about the gym and the classes they offer. After talking with her and some of her coaches, I signed up to be a founding member. I cannot wait for the gym to open. I would HIGHLY recommend checking it out - you won’t be disappointed!

Cazacenco Constantin: Great boxing gym! The coaches are true professionals—they pay attention to technique and really help you improve. The equipment is in great condition, and the gym is always clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere is friendly but disciplined, which makes it a great place to train and push yourself. It can get a bit crowded in the evenings, but that just shows how popular the gym is. Overall, it’s perfect for both beginners and those looking to level up. Highly recommend!

Angela Pennington: I canceled my membership in October 2023 because I moved to another state and today I noticed my credit score dropped 30 points. Turns out they were continuing to charge me, even though they removed my bank account information (BECAUSE I CANCELED) so the auto-draft wasnt happening, and sent $112 to collections. I had no idea, no e-mail, nothing. They just secretly charged me and then sent it to collections. This is after I was told that I didnt "cancel my personal training in time", so I paid them an additional $260 for 4 sessions I couldnt even use just to make sure my account remained in good standing. What a joke.

Says inappropriate things about customers while i am trying to set a time for the black card computer and doesn’t pay attention.

RayRayTravels: Super nice facility and very friendly staff here!!! They first area is FREE to use and the ropes, ladders and platforms are pay to play. They have daily/monthly/yearly rates to use the facilities. This is one of the best I have ever seen!!!
