3 /5 Denise Jackson: This insurance agency is disorganized and there’s too many people in the office to keep things straight, apparently. My father called and left a message to get a quote for auto insurance on Monday. No one returned his call. I called them on Tuesday afternoon and spent 15 min providing someone with all of the information they needed to provide a quote for my dad. On Friday, he still had not received a call or an email regarding the auto insurance quote. I called them AGAIN, and they couldn’t find any of the information that I had provided. And, while they understood my frustration, they said I would have to provide all of the information all over again. If I’m going to provide the information again, I’m going to give it to someone worthy of our business. I regret referring my dad to these people. Maybe they’ve grown too big to be able to provide good service. Or maybe I’m just making excuses for them. Either way, there are too many agents in the area to tolerate this kind of service.
Edit: the manager contacted me and my dad and apologized and got the information to my dad that he needed so I’m revising my review to 3 stars.
They used to be a solid 4 so let’s see if they can get back to that.
