5 /5 Lori Lechner: I spoke with Jennifer today. She was super friendly and very helpful with my questions, as well as providing me details of my account. I have been working with this company for 13 months and have settled 3 of my accounts at the simplest of ease on my part. We are working on getting account #4 settled and maybe another one added. But, as I said, Jennifer assisted me with ease and made it worth the 20 min hold time! I would recommend this company for anyone trying to get credit card debt settled.

Glen: So I just went to cash my payroll check which is $600.00 in the lady says youre getting this much back, I said what happened to $31.00.. unbeknownst to me they charge 5% of your check so for me to cash my check $30+ dollars.. if I would have known that I would have went to Walmart right down the road And do it for $4... That is absolutely insane. When I questioned her, her answer was get direct deposit while I work for a small company and were too small of a company to have direct deposit... So if theyre charging that much theyve just lost a long time loyal customer.. never again
