He was able to walk us through the process of our sons case. The possible outcomes (Good and Bad) and the outcome that they believed they could achieve. Throughout the process Tom was thorough in his explanations to my Wife and I and it always felt like we were his only clients. Tom was able to achieve the outcome for the case that he had originally intended and we were really glad that he was on our side.
