It was the biggest selection of chains and charms I have seen anywhere! On top of that, the owner was incredibly kind and knowledgable and so patient. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Hoping I can return again some day!

2 /5 Nicole Gerasimova: The service was nice and the selection of chains too. Initially I left very happy with my new permanent bracelet. Until 6/7 days later when I saw that the color of my - what had to be Stirling Silver - charm was coming off. Up until then I had assumed I was imagining the itching sensation on my wrist (I‘m allergic to Nickel and I had very clearly communicated that at the shop). So I called the shop and they genuinely didn’t seem to know that it wasn’t actually silver and we agreed on refunding me for my tip and charm (not the chain). Although I feel like taking a seller‘s word on Etsy isn’t enough to ensure that the material is what it’s advertised at (since it’s PERMANENT and it looks trashy when it wear‘s off AND has the potential to be what someone’s allergic to) I thought it was a very fair solution to our problem. BUT I was left with the struggle of finding someone to fix it. So I interrupted my vacation to go do that. Unfortunately, since charm had to be cut off, the chain was too short to be welded back together with a new charm only. So we had to add chain. Which I also had to pay for in addition to the „fixing fee“ and the price of the new charm. All because the products used weren’t checked properly. And by now - that I‘ve paid more for the fixing than for the first bracelet - I don’t think that refunding the charm and tip only was enough.

1 /5 Jaime Smith: My friends and I all got permanent bracelets here one week ago and half of us have already had them fall off. Very disappointed as they are not cheap and they state they will last for at least 5 years.
