1 /5 John Clark: Moved on to different agents. I was 200 miles from home buying a new car. I called this agent to get proof of insurance at the tag agency and had to leave a message. I called another agent and they insured me on the spot. This agent called me back 3 days later. My home owners insurance came up for renewal at $1,000 more than the previous year. Went to another agent that found me a policy for $200 less than last year after recommending a wind mitigation inspection. I dont think this agent has the competency to serve my needs. Oh I see I have to select one star in order to post this.

5 /5 Ola Wright: Allstate is a great Insurance Company. I had a little fender bender and Allstate couldnt have been nicer or more professional. They took care of everything. Im very satisfied with them and you will be too.

5 /5 William Walker: We have been with the same Allstate agency for 47 years and we couldn’t be happier! The policy that we have replaces our cars if one is totaled with the same model car adjusted for the current evaluation adjustment. Unfortunately I had to exercise this feature and that was handled professionally and with no hassles.
