In 2021, when I put a metal roof on the house, the agency handled being in touch with Citizens to amend my policy. Citizens was able to drop me without my having any say. The agency took the time to explain the situation. Ive been in my house over 20 years, with no claim needed to be filed, but I feel confident in dealing with Frank Perez, Allstate Insurance.
