Told him I wanted a different policy when current policy expired. Only after the policy expired did I find out and not even from CCIA. Found out when I was denied a building permit. All they had to do was follow up with me. They would have sold a new policy, by just calling me and letting me know it was time. Local man just trying to so business with another local business....
